Stickies, stickies, stickies! They are everywhere!

I have served as a mod / admin for on many boards, and I know the challenge of getting important word out to folks on the board.

It seems like the stickies use policy may be somewhat excessive on some of the forums here. For example, do we really need 8 different stickies in the prayer forum?
