This is a thread where you can post the praises (don't forget to post them in the Praiseform either!) to answered prayers or something you just want to praise God about.....

I will start here too..... it's probably not going to last long but I have been feeling very good for the last 2 hours! I just took meds that always make me very sick, so I think the effect will wear off soon, in fact that's already started, but...... I felt so good the last 2 hours that I was able to fold laundry! I do that more often, but not at 8 am and not out of bed either! I felt I could conquer the world..... :pp Poor Chal.... he was hardly awake.... :lol: and had to deal with a hyperactive wife.... :lol: I can understand now why people take that as a drug.... :lol: I hardly felt any pain.... wow.... it's been almost 30 years to feel like that without an epidural! :pp
I praise God for those lovely two hours and hope and pray there will follow a ton more like that, so I can use that energy to make more and more people happy with my Ministry! :pp :pray:

I want to praise God for my mother today.
Not just for the wonderful love and guidance she's given me all these years, but also for the friendship and closeness that we share. I know our relationship is a special gift that not all daughters get to have.

I also want to praise Him for allowing me the blessing of being a mom. My children have brought me so much joy and have taught me so much. There have been easy times and there have been difficult times, and I'm quite certain that pattern will continue, but I am so thankful for each one of my kids and I don't remember to thank the Lord enough for them.

I praise God for allowing me to have my mother for the 40 years I had her. Even after 10 years, I miss her and so wish I could talk to her. But I know I will see her again!:pp

I am like you, Joanna, I praise the Lord for allowing me to be a mother. He truly blessed me when He allowed me to be a grandmother!

I praise God for my beautiful mom. She's a rock in my life and I adore her. I thank God that he placed me in her care. She took wonderful care of me and is still always there for me.

I praise God for my new job. It's better than I hoped for!

I want to praise God for this forum too and also for all the minutes I can be out of bed. it makes a world of difference to me. Also I want to thank God for the painrelief I am having some days and making me a better wife.
I am very grateful too for the help I am getting from everywhere for my little Ministry and for the great site God led me too with wonderful free patterns so I can make more people happy.
I am grateful for my husband who takes care of me with love and tenderness.
For all these things I praise You Daddy and I mostly praise You for being in my life and giving Your Son so that I would be saved. I love You Daddy! :pray:

Heavenly Father Abba, thank you for answering a prayer that I just didn't know would be answered. I guess I hadn't asked in the right way before.

The story behind this is my daughter is a very good tuba player, her instructor has been encouraging us to buy her her own C tuba as this will look very good to the colleges and universities when she goes to audition. They will see she is already proficient on the C tuba. We had saved a little bit but all of the ones that would be good for her have been way over our budget.

I have been praying that something would come along especially before June 11th because she is going to a Governor's Honors program for six weeks and it would be the perfect opportunity for her to learn the new fingerings in an intensive music environment. And she would be prepared for college visits this next year.

Well, my daughter had a bunch of senior farewell parties to go to this weekend and since she doesn't have her license yet I played her chaffeur. She happened to meet up with a senior that she's been friends with in a group she's been performing with for three years. He happened to mention he was going to Northwestern and that he was needing to sell one of his C tubas. I asked him how much he was asking for it and he said 3K. I told him that that was in our price range and that we would seriously like to check it out. We picked it up today and it is a beautiful horn. My daughter sounds great on it. This was one of the sweetest gifts my Lord has made happen.

You ask how I prayed about this? I'll tell you. I asked Him to make this happen if this was what my daughter should be doing with her life. I think we got our answer....Praise and thanks to You Lord Jesus Christ.

After listening to the evening news coverage of the recent school shootings I just want to thank God for the family He's given me, and for the peace that comes from knowing that nothing - good or bad - will ever happen to any of my loved ones unless He allows it.

I praise God for the show on TLC about a family that had twins then had 6 more at once. It is making me smile and happy. Yes I am praying for them too. What cute kids!:) They are so adorable and each different.

I have had a lot of anger issues recently and I've been taking them all out on my poor fiance.

I PRAISE GOD that I have been overflowing with joy and light hearted and so very far away from anger for 2 full days now!! And praise the Lord for a patient, understanding man that confidently stands by me in the midst of my sin!! Thank you Father!!:pp

I am praising God today for a wonderful day filled with talks to friends, for a wonderful smell in the kitchen where my husband is cooking spaghetti and for my husband who's always ready to take care of me. And most of all for Daddy Who is my reason to smile and the reason to fight for my life...... :pray:
