Ok, this is straight off the top of my head and will change periodically. Now with that out of the way:
This forum will be used to post advice about anything that is considered healthy such as: diets, exercise programs, ummmm reviews of exercise equipment you've used, oh....
OK, we get the idea... Right?
Now, one disclaimer that I wish to make clear:
We're not doctors in here so any ideas, advice found in this forum is not of the professional type. So please don't make a change in your life that may possibly be harmful to you. Seek a doctor's advice if you do plan to make major changes to your lifestyle.
Oh, this just popped into my head: Let's try not to debate, if my plan of running 3 miles every other day doesn't work for you, then don't do it and at the same time don't argue with me that it won't work for you. Get my meaning :note:
