Absolutely, Ivorylamp and Twin2, focusing on the Lord and the needs of this world instead of ourselves is a sign of maturity. I'm so glad that our Lord is the author and perfector of our faith. Trying to attain understanding on our own is an exercise in futility. I sometimes have to take a deep breath and remind myself that the Lord is doing the work in me, not me.
So, Laish, let go and let God.
