Have you ever seen a million dollars? Like the bills all stacked up in a pile? Most haven't. Does that mean that it's nonexistent?
This discussion has run it's course. This has become excessively weary, with nothing but one side vs. the other. Get used to this sort of "discussion" being closed without showing very little if any fruit and only division.
