Ah God bless ya sister, and thank you. I appreciate it. Yes, I am reading the Bible more and have a desire to increase my relationship with God. Just came back from a 3-day retreat where I felt God spoke to my heart so much. The guest speaker spoke about Luke 4; are we willing to wait for God's will or are we doing things in our own strength?
I find when I act on my natural fleshly desires, things simply don't work out the way my heart hopes it would.
When I do things out of the glory of God, good things usually happen. When I think more about Jesus, I am more blessed. When I do something with the wrong motive, it usually ends up bad.
We can all learn from John the Baptist who said "He must increase, and I must decrease."

My piece of advice is to continue to read the bible and grow in God. You are connected with God and now you have to continue learning to get to KNOW Him.
Jesus told us to repent and believe, repent and believe. We do this through studying the scripture and soon you will feel in your heart God telling you that you are forgiven and you can look onwards and upwards feeling uplifted by the Lord.
Remember that people want things on instance these days, Jesus taught us to be patient and that is what we must do.
Don't lose track brother, your in my prayers.
