Dugoutstories, Something I did some years ago which I found a good way to get into reading and studying the bible was to read a chapter from one book in the Old Testament or one Psalm plus a chapter from one of the gospels or letters after the gospels each day. For example..Genesis 1, Psalm 1, and John 1.

Also I suggest you attend a bible believing church which has good and lively worship. Joining their youth group and getting into a bible study with them is good..very good. That is how I began when I was a teenager. There will be others in the group also just learning the Word.
