Hallo, any reason why my reps started all over again, anyone??? anyone???

I did notice SEEKING went from a rare jewel of a man to popular with the member (or something like that)

I thought someone else has posted one time on here their reps has disappeared but I don't remember who it was..and not 100% sure it was that...something was wrong with their reps though.
