The Battle for the first post - Doomsday Edition

You are about to enter the Battle. It's a simple game. It is an addictive game.

The Rules that must be obeyed at all times:
Post ending in 0=1 point
Post ending in 1=2 points
No double posting
First to get to exactly 40 wins
No one person is allowed to win more than 3 rounds in a row
Posts ending in '00' = 2 points, e.g. #100, 200, 300, etc.
Post #1000 = 3 points
Posts ending in '11' = 4 points, e.g. #11, 211, 311, etc.
Post #111 = 6 points
Post #1111 = 8 points
Person posting on "9" and the next "2" gets 1 bonus point
If you get more than 40 points in a game, you go BUST, and you are out for that round, making it fair game for the rest to play to a win.

I hope there will be an internet in heaven and the Bibleforums servers survive the rapture, earthquake, or whatever else it is that's meant to be hitting us tomorrow. I'd hate to think of going to meet my maker without gaining a game on the Pilgrim :lol:

I heard it would start at the date line and gradually move west, so it hits everybody at about midnight local time. So nice of the angel of death to consider our timezones so equitably.

Whether it means midnight as the 20th becomes the 21st, or the 21st becomes the 22nd, I have no idea. Perhaps we need to realign the date line and hope to catch the angel of death unawares. Or just realign our calendars and leave him lost somewhere in space-time.
