That sounds good! I often cook beans/lentils/split peas. Legumes are super healthy and my hubby loves it. I usually make South-African style soups (since I'm from SA), and my husband likes it that way.

Hey, jeffweeder - yep, I see you're from Adelaide :). My daughter, son-in-law and grandkids are living in Sydney at the moment, and most of my family are in NZ. It's quite confusing keeping up with all these different time zones!
