I came home from church this evening to a pretty worrisome situation. I can't share any details but please pray.

Praying with you![]()
my God; in Him I will trust (Psa 91:2).
If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, NOW is the time.
Persevere, pray and be ready for the Return of Christ.
Lifting you to the Lord for this situation.
Please keep praying for my family. I have a feeling things are going to get worst before they begin to get better.

I'm praying too... and you are right, your home situation may deteriorate before it gets better. I'm praying for your parents too.
Please could everyone pray for Mieke and Charles.

It has gotten worst since I got up this morning. I'm completely terrified and feel so helpless.
You are being covered in prayer. You and your family.![]()

"People do not drift toward holiness. Apart from grace-driven effort, people do not gravitate toward godliness, prayer, obedience to Scripture, faith, and delight in the Lord. We drift toward compromise and call it tolerance; We drift toward disobedience and call it freedom; We drift toward superstition and call it faith. We cherish the indiscipline of lost self-control and call it relaxation; we slouch toward prayerlessness and delude ourselves into thinking we have escaped legalism; we slide toward godlessness and convince ourselves we have been liberated?" - D A Carson
I'm calling my brother right now to see if he will come over. I'll ask him what he thinks we should do. I know we need to call someone to get my dad help. I know we need/have to call someone to come and get my dad. I believe he'd be admitted considering the circumstances right now.

Well my brother has been making phone calls for the past couple of hours and keeps getting the run around. Everyone has told him that our dad can't be admit somewhere unless there is evidence of a danger to himself or others.
I'll keep on praying for you and your family. Whatever's going on... stay safe, alright?![]()

Love is not a place to come and go as we please
It's a house we enter in, then commit to never leave
So lock the door behind you, and throw away the key
We'll work it out together, let it bring us to our knees.....

Pray that the Lord will give us the strength to get through this situation.
I'm sick with worry and fear about this. I was hospitalized a few years ago because of ulcers caused by worry and I believe I'm on the verge of that happening again.
We will pray thoughout this evening that the situation is resolved in a satisfactory manner, that your family is safe, and that you can escape the need for excessive worrying.
