    Riddle, "The Greatest Teacher"

    The greatest teacher,
    is not some preacher,
or prophet from days gone by.
    To show God's way,
    day after day,
to folks such as you and I.

    Now I have found,
    where it's written down,
how this teacher instructs so fine,
    And from deep within,
    delivers us from sin,
to help us walk in the light divine.

    Paul told a young preacher,
    all about this teacher,
who for Adam's race is so near.
    So take a good look,
    through this Blessed Old Book,
    and watch the teacher appear.

    "Last Clue To This Riddle"

    This teacher is given,
    by God up in heaven,
and its purpose is to right us.
    The very last clue,
    I shall give to you,
is that you might want to look in Titus.

    Holy Ghost

(One of my teachers, when he hears about the power of God, says, "Ho-ly-Ghost!")
    analyze. synthesize. repeat.

*It is the next chapter of my life, whether I'm ready or not. My time here in these forums has come to its close. I bless you as I go!*

Good answer but not the one I'm looking for.

    Here's a little more help:

This teacher, unto God my soul has endeared,
and this teacher unto all men has appeared.

This teacher also instructs both you and I,
Concerning those things that we are to deny.

This teacher is found all through the Book,
And also teaches us where we should look.

This teacher is given by God to right us,
And again my friend try looking in Titus.

    Thumbsup Last bit of help

Here's the last bit of help I can give. This ought to do it.

This is the last bit of help I can give unto you,
When you look into Titus try chapter two.

This teacher to all of us who are saved is given,
And you might try starting with verse eleven.

Where you'll find the best teacher ever known.
That God always uses to tutor His own.

    Ok - God, of course!

(although the verse says the 'grace of God')

    Grace it is

Way to go Paidforinfull. It is always by the grace of God that we are imparted our Spiritual Knowledge. God doesn't have to reveal anything to us concerning eternity, but it is by His grace that He walks through the pages of the Holy Bible revealing Himself to fallen man. It is also through grace that we are taught how to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and live soberly, righteously, and godly lives here in this world and to keep our focus on the Blessed Hope and glorious appearing of our Lord and Savior.

Hi Linda - I don't know if you are going to read this post or not, but I want to let you know that your 'Private Message' function has not been activated. Go to 'User CP' somewhere on the top (Left-hand), and set up your user profile so that your friends can message you. You can then read all your messages by clicking on your username once you have logged in. Sorry, but I am not good at explaining technical things. Hope this helps, though.

    Have a wonderful weekend.
    God bless.

(will be functioning anytime from the 3rd of November if i am correct)

O ja, thank you for the friendship invite!
