Washington - Two colossal black holes appear to be orbiting one another in sort of a cosmic minuet at the centre of a faraway galaxy formed when two separate galaxies collided, US astronomers said on Wednesday.
These two so-called supermassive black holes, which are celestial objects with enormous gravitational pull, are locked in orbit about 5 billion light years away from Earth, the scientists said. A light year is about 10 trillion km, or the distance light travels in a year.

A quarter of a century ago, Herbert Armstrong prophesied that “A massive banking crisis in America could suddenly result in triggering European nations to unite as a new world power larger than either the Soviet Union or the U.S.” (Plain Truth, July 1984).

Berlin is prepared to rescue neighboring states on the condition that those states submit to Teutonic rules and conditions.

Regarding events in Europe in the end time, the Prophet Daniel warned that a “king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up” (Daniel 8:23). LAST DAYS - 'GIFTS' OF SATAN

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. (1Ti 4:1) (KJV)

Satan is the god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4)
Satan wants to put himself in the place of God, he wants the people to worship him (Revelation 13:3)

Satan gives 'gifts' to his disciples and followers to glorify himself, to destroy lives, to destroy Christians, to mislead people, to prevent people from going to Heaven, to win soles for himself and many other reasons

Here are some of the 'gifts' of Satan: black magic, occult practices, witchcraft, New Age practices, astrology, healing with crystals or stones, past life regression, astral travel (out-of-body spiritual travel), Satanism, numerology, psychic energy, aura manipulation, reincarnation, Eastern meditation, gypsies telling the future, contacting the spirits of the dead, parapsychology and many more.

Now the works of the flesh are clearly revealed, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lustfulness, (Gal 5:19)
idolatry, sorcery, hatreds, fightings, jealousies, angers, rivalries, divisions, heresies, (Gal 5:20)
envyings, murders, drunkennesses, revelings, and things like these; of which I tell you before, as I also said before, that they who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. (Gal 5:21)

THE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

We can distinguish between 3 types of gifts [faculties, talents,
qualities]:

· The 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit

· The 8 gifts of favours
· The 6 qualities of grace

The Holy Spirit gives us gifts as He pleases.

True Christians all have one or more gift and we must use it to glorify God (1 Cor 7:7)

Luke 3:16 John answered, saying to all, “I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He (Christ) will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. (Pray to Jesus for it)

The 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 12:7-11)

Several persons had their several gifts, some one, some another, all from and by the same Spirit.
To one was given the word of wisdom; that is, say some, a knowledge of the mysteries of the gospel, and ability to explain them, an exact understanding of the design, nature, and doctrines, of the Christian religion. Others say an uttering of grave sentences, like Solomon’s proverbs. Some confine this word of wisdom to the revelations made to and by the apostles.
To another the word of knowledge, by the same Spirit; that is, say some, the knowledge of mysteries (ch. 2:13): wrapped up in the prophecies, types, and histories of the Old Testament: say others, a skill and readiness to give advice and counsel in perplexed cases.
To another faith, by the same Spirit; that is, the faith of miracles, or a faith in the divine power and promise, whereby they were enabled to trust God in any emergency, and go on in the way of their duty, and own and profess the truths of Christ, whatever was the difficulty or danger.
To another the gift of healing, by the same Spirit; that is, healing the sick, either by laying on of hands, or anointing with oil, or with a bare word.
To another the working of miracles; the efficacies of powers, such as raising the dead, restoring the blind to sight, giving speech to the dumb, hearing to the deaf, and the use of limbs to the lame.
To another prophecy, that is, ability to foretel future events, which is the more usual sense of prophecy; or to explain scripture by a peculiar gift of the Spirit. See ch. 14:24.
To another the discerning of Spirits, power to distinguish between true and false prophets, or to discern the real and internal qualifications of any person for an office, or to discover the inward workings of the mind by the Holy Ghost, as Peter did those of Ananias, Acts 5:3.
To another divers kinds of tongues, or ability to speak languages by inspiration.
To another the interpretation of tongues, or ability to render foreign languages readily and properly into their own. With such variety of spiritual gifts were the first ministers and churches blessed.

The end for which these gifts were bestowed: The manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal, v. 7. The outward gifts of his bounty are to be improved for His glory, and employed in doing good to others. No man has them merely for himself. They are a trust put into his hands, to profit withal; and the more he profits others with them, the more abundantly will they turn to his account in the end, Phil. 4:17. Spiritual gifts are bestowed, that men may with them profit the church and promote Christianity. They are not given for show, but for service; not for pomp and ostentation, but for edification; not to magnify those that have them, but to edify others.
But though he distributes these gifts freely and uncontrollably, they are intended by him, not for private honour and advantage, but for public benefit, for the edification of the body, the church.

The 8 gifts of favours

1 Cor 12:28. The variety of offices instituted by Christ, and gifts[faculties, talents, qualities] or favours dispensed by him (v. 28): God hath set some in the church;

First, apostles, the chief ministers entrusted with all the powers necessary to found a church, and make an entire revelation of God’s will.
Secondarily, prophets, or persons enabled by inspiration, as the evangelists did.
Thirdly, teachers [mentors], those who labour in word and doctrine, whether with pastoral charge or without it.
After that, miracles, or miracle-workers.
The gifts of healing, or those who had power to heal diseases;
Helps, or such as had compassion on the sick and weak, and ministered to them;
Governments, or such as had the disposal of the charitable contributions of the church, and dealt them out to the poor;
Diversities of tongues, or such as could speak divers languages.

The 6 qualities of grace:

Rom 12:5 So we, though we are a number of persons, are one body in Christ, and are dependent on one another;
Rom 12:6 And having different qualities by reason of the grace given to us, such as the quality of a prophet, let it be made use of in relation to the measure of our faith;
Rom 12:7 Or the position of a Deacon[servant] of the church, let a man give himself to it; [Ministry (Gr diakonia) is the general work of deaconing. This denotes a very broad office that may cover almost any kind of service in the local church]. or he who has the power of teaching, let him make use of it;
Rom 12:8 He who has the power of comforting, let him do so; he who gives, let him give freely; he who has the power of ruling[The exercise of leadership (leaders, shepherds, pastors) in the church is as much a spiritual gift as any of the others], let him do it with a serious mind; he who has mercy on others, let it be with joy.

The fruit of the Spirit

Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control.

Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
