    Today, I am praising Christ, because....

    (feel free to join in)

    - He alone is my rock and salvation.
    - He alone picks us up, comforts us, and carries us.
    - He alone gives me strength to get through the day, and to go on serving Him.
    - He alone brightens my day, brings peace to my heart, and soothes my soul.
    - He alone is worthy of praise.
    - He alone lets me know that I am His, that He is my God, and that I can walk humbly with Him all the days of my life.


    A song that I love.... "Lord, You are my strength when I am weak, You are the treasure that I seek, You are my all in all..."

    In the falling economy, my husband & I are still both currently employed & all of our bills are paid. We are all healthy and love each other. He gave us a lovely house in a wonderful neighborhood & my kids go to good schools. We live in a country where we can openly praise God. We are truly blessed.

    Lord thank you for allowing yourself to be smitten for our mistakes and our sins. Thank you for dying in my place and becoming sin for me so that death and sin would have no sting! Hallelujah! Oh man. Thank you Lord for crucifying our flesh God, thank You for loving us enough to die for us while we were still yet in our sins, thank You Lord for being there for me when I need it, Thank You Jesus for being my Rock and my Fortress, thank You Lord for removing the curse of sin and the curse of everlasting punishment, oh God how can we ever know the extent of Your love? Your perfect, everlasting, wonderful, beautiful love. May we never take it for granted or abuse it again. Jesus, I love you.

    --HE carried the stench of my sins on the cross so that I could have everlasting life
    --HE came and rescued me when I called on HIS name
    --HE is who HIS Word says HE is
    --HE is love and loves me unconditionally
    --HE keeps me in HIS presence
    --HE is my joy; therefore giving me strength
    --HE answers my prayers faithfully
    --HE protects me
    --HE directs my steps
    --HE gives me compassion for people
    --HE blesses me so that I can be a blessing to others
    --and I could go on and on, as we all can

    Today, I am praising Christ because....

    ....I've spoken to people that reminded me of the past I used to have, and the old person I used to be... and I briefly felt the guilt and shame and fear I used to feel.... and then I remembered that what's past IS past, my sins are as far away from me as the bottom of the ocean thanks to Christ, and I am a NEW PERSON IN HIM.

    I'm thanking Him for turning my life around, for forgiving me my sins, for restoring me to Himself, and for giving me a purpose, a brand new wineskin for new wine. I'm praising Him for leading me onwards every day, for making me stronger. And I'm praising Him for giving me a spirit of strength and thankfulness, that when the evil one tries to throw my past and my sins and my history in my face, I can PROCLAIM that Christ is my Lord and that HE has taken on my sin.... and that I follow HIM, and nobody else.

    I am praising Christ tonight because He IS my everything, and who should I fear as long as I'm with Him? What should I cower before? Absolutely nobody and nothing. He's changed me, make me a new creation, and set my feet on the path that is His alone -- the path that leads to God.

    Daily, I walk and today I am reminded how how I've ONLY been able to move on, forgiven and humbled and grateful, because He's allowed me to. He's been more merciful to me than I'll ever deserve, and I stand in awe of that.

    Thank You, Jesus.

    I'm Thanking him for my life, and my lessons I've learned so far, I understand some of them now not all.

    I thank you jesus for showing me the error or my ways by focusing on trivals things instead of you.

    I pray for more guidence and peace with my nervousness and anxiety.

    I thank you for creating me
