    Help!

These days I sometimes receive 'notifications' as well as the PM's eg. today I received a 'notification' asking how Jean, who I'd asked for prayer for, is doing - my reply showed above reply's to other 'notifications', but once I sent the reply I've no idea how to get back to that place. . . . however, PM's are easily accessed. . . . .

Are you referring to thread subscriptions? It's in your control panel http://bibleforums.org/usercp.php - you can change the behavior or even unsubscribe to threads from there.

I'm not aware that I'm 'subscribed' (whatever that means) to any threads. No that wasn't what I meant. I'm still puzzled, having received a reply today, to my reply, now I've read it it's vanished without trace.

Maybe the one who replied to your reply deleted his reply.

I've just received another "Notification" - it was announced a 'notification' (top right under 'welcome Frances) it aparently was a "Visitor Message" - so presumably other 'notifications' were too so, bdh, how do I access 'visitor messages'? I don't like mysteries.
