    Question about Biblestudy

I have recently started intensive Biblestudy and studying religious books.
Currently I am in the book "Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World" and it describes how to journal your Biblestudy...... I really like it and have started with a few chapters already..... will buy me a notebook and a good marker tomorrow.......

    Anybody doing this too?

    Love you,
    Mieke
I would rather be dead than spend one second without Daddy!

Glory to the Lord our God
Glory to the Lamb on the throne
We open wide the gates of our hearts
With our lips we rise up and pray
as we worship the Ancient of Days

I've never been good with consistent journaling, or Bible Study for that matter. I look forward to hearing how it goes for you.

I haven't read anything specific about how to journal during Bible study, but I do it sometimes. If there's a verse that I really like or find relevant, than I write it down in my journal. After it's written down, I write in my own words what it means to me, and little thoughts about it. I have also written poems and drawn some pictures in it. I find it easier to write down prayers sometimes as well, because it helps me sort out everything.
