Thread: Bible for iTunes

    Bible for iTunes

Just wondering if anyone has ever downloaded the bible for iTunes. I was just on a website that sells a version, I think it was New Living Translation, for iTunes, but I was hoping to get a different version.

Sorry if this isn't allowed...just delete if necessary.

Any mp3 version can be put on your ipod. Firefighters for Christ have a free KJV in mp3 for download on their website. The one thing I found with my ipod is that itunes likes to mix up the verses. I had to go through it and put it all in a playlist and orginize it in the correct order. It was a lot of work, but now I have everything in order and can listen where ever I go.

The version I found on that other website actually was all organized for you and had several different voices you could choose from as well. It seemed pretty cool, but it was like $50 so I don't know that I would spend that much for a version I didn't really like.

50 dollars is not all that bad. I bought the NASB on CD and it cost about 65 dollars and I had to rip all 66 CDs to my library. So if you can get it for that price and not have to do all the work yourself that's not a bad deal.
