First you want to get your theology degree because it will establish right away where you stand theologically. Most churches are afraid of a Preacher showing up and Preaching doctrine that they don't agree. Example there would be no way Joel Osteen would let me preach there because I'd Preach the all convicting truth that his prosperity preaching doesn't. Also find a denomination/home church to establish yourself at. Also, find out where a meeting or gathering of Pastors and stand up and introduce yourself.
Also, like the others said get in God's work pass out tracks, talk to people and write sermons. If you happen to have moved to the US and you are in Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas you could come to our church. We have about 6 of us that feel called to a ministry and we preach at each other every other saturday.
