I thank God for All Atheists and Agnostics

I would like to thank God for all Atheists and Agnostics and Non-Believers in this beautiful world...

They all give the rest of us a chance to spread His good word with fervor and conviction! I thank God for every opportunity to talk about Christ with my non believer friends and family. Talking about Him.. and being passionate over Him only makes me feel closer to Him!!

And besides, if the entire world were made up of Believers, who would we convert?!!? I think having opposition makes us stronger.

    Onward Christian soldiers.

It's clear from the Bible that God doesn't expect everybody to believe.
Having been a staunch Atheist myself, I am going to praise God with you because if my wife hadn't been in prayer to our Lord for many years (around 17) I would still be lost.
Praise God that we continue to preach the Gospel 2000 years later.

What would fire-fighters be in a world with no fires? What would police officers be in a world with no crime? Light needs the darkness to shine as bright as it does. And if our Lord Jesus had no pharisees to oppose him ...?
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens thedoor, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me ..."

"People do not drift toward holiness. Apart from grace-driven effort, people do not gravitate toward godliness, prayer, obedience to Scripture, faith, and delight in the Lord. We drift toward compromise and call it tolerance; We drift toward disobedience and call it freedom; We drift toward superstition and call it faith. We cherish the indiscipline of lost self-control and call it relaxation; we slouch toward prayerlessness and delude ourselves into thinking we have escaped legalism; we slide toward godlessness and convince ourselves we have been liberated?" - D A Carson

The truth of the matter is I have noticed that Christians (for some part) tend to get complacent. We must not be complacent or lukewarm (as Christ as said).

The Athiests challenge our beliefs, question our beliefs, and therefore (maybe unwittingly) strengthen our beliefs.

I believe having atheists and agnostics has me strive to learn new things about Christ and the Bible including history and how science and religion don't have to collide. My brother is agnostic, so yes I think it's good to acknowledge them, pray for them, and learn.
"We serve God by serving others. The world defines greatness in terms of power, possessions, prestige, and position. If you can demand service from others, you've arrived. In our self-serving culture with its me-first mentality, acting like a servant is not a popular concept.” Rick Warren
