"May the Lamb that was slain receive the just reward for His sufferings." A quote by Moravian missionary that sold himself (along with a friend) into slavery to reach those that the slave owner prevented from hearing the gospel.

May I live for Him and not for me.

I'd recommend John Piper, Paul Washer and Tim Conway.

As a minister I cannot recommedn something to you without knowing a little more about you, your values and beliefs. I don't want you to be unequally yoked with a ministry that is not in line with you.

So, if you wish to share more then I would gladly recommend a site

I would definately not recommend Rob Bell.

Try John Piper www.desiringgod.org (has a way of really convicting oneself) and Mark Driscoll www.marshillchurch.org (is like a dad to his congregation and doesnt pull any punches regarding rebuking of sin).

Stay as far, far, far away from Rob Bell as you can, especially as a new Christian. I read him and watch him, but that's because I study modern falsehoods and heresies.

As for good preachers, John Piper is good for content (I don't like his style, either in speaking or writing), Mark Driscoll, Matt Chandler...you can find some old sermons and videos of Francis Schaeffer, but they're fragmented and few and far between. Michael Wittmer isn't a pastor, but he's a good person to listen to to learn from. All of these men can help you grow in the spiritual side of your faith.

As you begin to grow in your faith, you could start listening to William Lane Craig and his lectures against atheism. Though I've never listened to him, a lot of people whom I respect recommend Ravi Zaccarias (I think that's how his last name is spelled). I don't know how long you've been a Christian, but just so you know, you'll doubt your faith as you grow. Doubt is a very good thing if you desire an answer and earnestly seek one. Listening to proper apologists early on can help grow the intellectual side of your faith.

Paul Washer - is great. SofTy.
1 Corinthians 1:12-13 Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos: and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.

Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptised in the name of Paul?

    KJV

May the power of the Spirit of our God unite us. SofTy.

If you like to read, I would highly recommend anything written by Charles Spurgeon. Also, for a study of the old testament, I like Author Pink. His book "Gleanings in Genesis" is awesome.

Still, for preaching, as silly as it may sound, the link below is to one of the greatest preachers I have ever heard preach.

If you liked Paul Washer, you should like Tim Conway too - and Paul's pastor, Jeff Noblit.

Just go onto youtube and put in either nooma or rob bell, there is quite a bit of good material, he has some books too. Alot of people dont care for his teaching because it goes back to doing it more like the first century church. You can also look up stuff from Frank Viola and George Barna.
