So many trials, so little time.

I have never posted in urgent requests before but so much is happening around me that I feel like I need to.

I floated down to an out-patient unit yesterday for extra hours and while there ran into a woman I went to school with. She right now has 4 children and one on the way, no job and unmarried. Within the same month her grandmother and sister both died traumatically. Not to mention that when she went out of town to be with family her home was vandalized and robbed of everything that wasn't nailed down. Last year she found that the father of her youngest child (not the one that's in the oven) was molesting her 11 year old and had him jailed. (subsequently he was convicted) Right now she is struggling to get back on her feet and now the doctors suspect that her 11 year old has a neurological disorder.

This little two year old is the grandson of my co-worker. He is CONSTANTLY ill. Just the other day his mother was concerned because he had a low fever and had been unconsolable for a day or so. She finally got him to nap but after getting him up and attempting to feed him some dinner when she noticed that he had some crusties on his ear. When she looked closer she could see tons of puss in her ear. She proceeded to go in his room and flips on the light and sees the puss on the cribsheets. Christian was brought to the doctor and it was determined that his eardrum burst! This is not this little boys first illness, as he always seems to have one type of infection or another. He has been to ENT's and gastroenerology specialists, his pediatrician has seen him 7 times just this year!

Lilly (name changed to protect privacy)
Lilly is pregnant with twins (boy & girl) and having some complications. What makes this extraordinary is that just last week, her husband was shot and killed in another state. She has tons of support from her family but is in shambles.

Rose (name changed to protect privacy)
Another patient of mine she came in and ended up having her son prematurely. She was just transfered to a critical care unit because she is in need of major surgery.

So as you can see, I am being surrounded by people and situations that are just dyer. Please pray for all of these people, they really need it!

My, my isn't satan busy!!! He is sooooo sly and cunning, but he also knows his time here is very, very short. And, most of all, he is the biggest and best liar there is!!!! He knows, just like we know, that he has no power over us, as we are children of God and indwelled by the Holy Spirit. We must continually pray for God's hedge of protection over us and our families. So, my prayer is for HIM, Jesus, to continue to equip you in dealing with all of the mentioned situations. HE is always with us!!! HE will not leave nor forsake us!! Please be sure to keep God's armour on at all times!!!

Prayers are going up for those you mentioned, but, especially for you that you may lead them to Christ, if they are non-believers. Lord, I pray that YOU give Your child YOUR Words to speak, YOUR knowledge to discern, YOUR wisdom to have an answer at all times, YOUR strength for her to be bold and YOUR power to remove all disease and strongholds off of these folks, in Jesus' name, I pray. Amen
