    I'm not a huge chocolate fan, so I'd be fine with giving it up. Coffee, on the other hand, is a very dear friend of mine.

    carob looks like and tastes like chocolate, yet it is lactose-free definitely an acceptable substitute even white like milky-bar especially nice is carob coated rice-cakes
