I have a question about this board.

I am not quite sure where to put this, so I hope this is okay.

I was wondering when I will be able to post my own avatar?
Also, I cannot do anything around the board except post. I cannot see social groups, or profiles, ect.

Do I need to be activated by a moderator like the board says when I try to click on something like that? For Example:

Hi there! The board has automatic default settings. With good/positive reputation (which you have), more than 10 posts (which you have) and 7 days on the board (which you don't have quite yet), I do believe the avatar thing will kick in for you.
