    Funny Church Signs

"May the Lamb that was slain receive the just reward for His sufferings." A quote by Moravian missionary that sold himself (along with a friend) into slavery to reach those that the slave owner prevented from hearing the gospel.

May I live for Him and not for me.

A friend of mine e-mailed me some funny pics she had found on the web, those are good! We had a billboard that read:

"What part of Thou shalt not didn't you understand?".......God

Not neccesary funny, but truth hurts. One of my favorite pastimes when riding around is looking at church signs.

A minister got tired of people taking his parking space in front of the church, so he put up a sign: "IF YOU PARK, YOU PREACH!!" Needless to say, it never happened again.....

On the street where my church stands there used to be 3 churches within about 3 blocks of each other. At one time the "No Parking" signs read "Thou Shalt Not Park Here." I wish I had taken a picture of them while they were up. The have since taken them down and replaced them with the traditional signs.
