I'm not doing much better..... still have loads of pain, including in my bladder..... Charles has a lot of pain too, especially in his shoulders........ tonight he gets a shot of methotrexate (I give him those) so hopefully they'll be better tomorrow......

Please continue to pray for us.....

I did hear about my glasses today, and if I get a note from the "glasses' store" which shouldn't be too hard, they are willing to pay for it......... Will try to get that Friday and if I do, I am going to order my glasses right away........
I have to do that personally because we have to pay half in advance......

May our Father soothe away your hurts and stick some 'heavenly plasters' on all your 'einas' (hurts in Afrikaans). We love you and wish you a pain free existence. We as outsiders feel so utterly helpless but we will keep praying for you! Our Heavenly Father has 'heavenly solutions' to put on all the 'einas'. May you FEEL the presence of the Lord as He wipes your pain away!

Hi my sweet friend. Just stopping by to let you know that I am going to spend some time in prayer today on behalf of you and Charles. It is a privilege to be able to bring you before the Throne of Grace.

Thank you all so very much...... We really appreciate all the prayers and lovely messages from all over the world.......

Tomorrow, Friday, we have a busy day...... first we go to the hospital, to the rheumatologist, and after that we go pick up Charles' new glasses....... and go to a few stores around there........ so we should be gone half of the day...... and we don't really like that...... last time we did this I was wiped out for days...... and Sunday my parents come, so I'd like to be a little energetic for that....... so please pray that I recover soon from that and also for protection for us on the way tomorrow........

The rheumatologist we saw this morning was very content about Charles' situation, so that was good.... he advised Charles to eat some liquorice next time he feels dizzy or weak, which will raise his bloodpressure so he'll feel better......
We had a nice time in the shopping centre too....... I bought some more hobby stuff and bananachips and Charles got dates, coffee and new glasses! Oh and we bought some nice cups and a few other things and a play thing for the cats that they absolutely love........
Charles looked like this when he heard you ordered Little big man......
Hopefully I won't get too much trouble from doing this shopping...... we probably have to go again next week for ordering my glasses....... I am even thinking if it doesn't cost too much, maybe we can go somewhere else too..... like to the market on Friday....... I'll bet Charles would love that..... they got his favourite fish there, freshly deepfried! And they got nice hobbystuff for me there too...... When all this travelling for my glasses is over, maybe we can do that! My glasses have changed quite a bit so I don't know if it will be trouble to get used to, but they changed the cylinder so that's usually headache trouble....... but we'll see...... it will be about 3 weeks or so before that happens........

Thanks again for the prayers..... please keep them up, we still need them.......

We did have spaghettiday on Saturday, as usual, but Charles didn't have to cook much as he already did that the weekend before and then we have some frozen spaghetti for the next weekend....... so he was happy about that...... this Friday he starts cooking again...... so I'm thinking of going to the market next week Friday if I can..... right now I am plagued by bladderpains again and pain in my leg (wearing the brace again) and other pains, so not doing too great....... Charles is ok, but he'd like prayers for his shoulders, they are an ongoing problem...... so please continue to pray for us.....
