a slave of Yours thankfully
You rescued me
and You keep me
safe within Your salvation
as I try to remain faithful
help me not forget
remind me of what I already know
I’m living on Your mercy peace and love
let me encourage those
who’s faith is wavering
and rescue those in the flames of judgement
hating the sins that destroy this life
keep me from falling away
bring me to You
without a single fault
all glory, majesty, power, and authority are Yours
There is no better YOU than the YOU that God wants YOU to be.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade—kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.
God is merciful
I enjoyed this poem/ prayer that speaks to the heart.
