Do you all like homemade Christmas gifts? What kind of homemade gifts have you recieved? My mom has made me afhgan (sp?) and throw pillows over the years.My wife made me a quilt,something like you would see at Bas Pro Shop.My father in law makes deer jerky,I get that quite often for Christmas.I have got all these for gifts over the years and love them. I've been thinking about making some hilking and walking sticks next year.I've made some beef jerky for Christmas gifts that folks enjoyed.What kind of homemade Christmas gifts have you recieved or given?

Anybody can buy a gift from a fine jeweler,or Wal-Mart for us poor folks,but I like the idea of homemade gifts.It brings out the original meaning of Christmas to me,that fancy presents or presents in general isn't what Christmas is about.
