Why isnt Lucifer or the story of his falling mentioned Genesis or anything? (Besides the serpent, I'm talking about his actual creation or falling). When did this story come into play and where is it mentioned?

Genesis is the book of beginnings. Beginnings of whom and what? Mankind and the physical universe and God's covenant with mankind. That's why it starts with Earth and Adam and Eve.
