Ouja board toy sets for under twelves (moved from ETC/Prayer)

Someone just sent me a link to this, a blog about a ouija board set in the US that is being marketted to girls up to the age of twelve.

Folks, we really need to pray about the tide of occult marketting stuff that's being targetted directly at our children. Even I'm shocked by this.

Please could everyone pray for Mieke and Charles.

There will be some who will read your post and think you are overreacting.

Some dismiss the VERY REAL danger of these 'games'. I suspect that your BC dealings with the spirit realm make you more aware then some (most) of the dangers.

FWIW, I see, and agree with the danger and the need to pray for our children in this evil age.

    Blessings,

Moved this from the End Times Chat subforum to the Prayer subforum which is more suitable based on the OP.

Unfortunately, some people will not know just how dangerous this is. The realms of the dark and demonic are just as real as the Light.

I remember when I was growing up, we were not allowed to bring a Ouja board into the house and my mom warned never to mess around with it because it was evil.

Thanks guys... I think it's possible that some people have been lucky enough never to realise the dangers inherent in this kind of thing. In which case, they are lucky that they were protected.

But even when I was a witch, I would never ever have encouraged children of such a young age to consort with what I then believed to be "the dead."

Even those who don't believe in such things must see the psychological risk inherent in playing such things. And for some it is a gateway into very dark places, or a gateway for very dark things to come through to children.

I can't get over how much things have changed. When I was fourteen, some girls at school made a ouija board with paper and played with it in the lunch break. They were suspended for three weeks... and this was a state school.

Nowadays they're making them pink, with pretty smiley suns, and sleepy moons, and marketing them to children who still sleep with teddy bears.

    How sick is that?
Please could everyone pray for Mieke and Charles.

I assume Parker Brothers is marketing this? In addition to praying, we should be writing letters and boycotting their entire product line.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, daughter.

We need to go into serious prayer over this.

My brother and I got a Ouiji board when I was 7 for Christmas from some distant realative that was some 41 years ago. It wasn't much fun and I broke it and used the halves as frisbys which was much more fun. I remember getting a whooping for breaking it -- best spanking I ever got.
