prayer for friend

i just wanted to ask for another prayer for my friend,my ex bf. Hes been coming to church again and i really feel like God is drawing him near but basicallly EVERYONE he hangs out with or lives with are alcoholics,which in turn,he hangs out with them and its getting really bad. Please pray for him to genuinely choose a relationship with Jesus and for God to provide a big change in his life to get him away from this bad crowd,including the ppl who may even be the family that is living a very worldly lifestyle.

There is just something telling me to really keep praying for him and i could really use some prayer warriors to pray as as well. There was a time in my life, many years ago where i remember when the ppl i hung out with, influenced the bad things i was doing, and God got me away from them and transformed my life.

I'm trusting in You,Jesus,for a compelete transformation in his life!!!!

Yes, bringing your friend before the LORD right now, asking for powerful intervention into his condition, praying the LORD will orchestrate the events and circumstances of his life, leading him to that point where he will make a clean break with the associations that will obviously weaken his resolve to live alcohol-ism free.

Praying that the Holy Spirit speak to his heart in no-uncertain terms, calling him to a Godly life, and association with like-minded believers.

Oh Lord, thank You that we can come boldly before Your Throne. Lord we know that You invite us to pray even when we do not know all the details or even understand all the elements of Your will for all involved. Lord we DO know that it is YOUR will that NONE should perish, and that ALL men should be saved. Please work in this mans life and draw him to Yourself. Lord I do not know what future this sister has with this man, but Lord I know that You do. Lord make Your will clear to them both and guide them both to the path You have for them. Let them not be distracted, but rather let them walk directly on the path that You have for them.

I thank You for the opportunity to pray for them both, and ask Your blessings for them both as well. In Your Son's Name,

Dear God, I ask you to intervene in butterflys friend's life. I ask you to do Your will in this man's life, soften his heart to your calling him. Reveal to him that true peace is only found in fellowship with you. Only You Holy God One can transform ones' life around. I ask you to give strength to butterfly because of You calling her to your kingdom, this world is so more wicked when our eyes are focused on you. It brings pain to her seeing someone she cares about falling into darkness. Help her to remember that You are in complete control when life sometimes seems so out of control.
I thank you for butterflys life and I put my trust in you that your will be done in this man's life. I thank you Father for hearing the prayers of all who shout praises to Your holy name. In Jesus' name Amen..

Opening the eyes of his understanding to life full of the Lord Jesus and the fullness of the abundant life You give through Your Son.
