    Explain Is 29:16? (potter/clay)

16 You turn things upside down,
as if the potter were thought to be like the clay!
Shall what is formed say to him who formed it,
    "He did not make me"?
Can the pot say of the potter,
    "He knows nothing"?

    Meaning? thx

In simple terms, don't question or doubt God. He knows what He's doing.

    Check it out in ESV.

    You turn things upside down!
Shall the potter be regarded as the clay,
that the thing made should say of its maker,
    “He did not make me”;
or the thing formed say of him who formed it,
    “He has no understanding”?

Yes, God knows what He is doing.. He is not suprised or misinformed...

    we are the 'clay'.......

    HE is the Master Potter....

the clay He created by taking the dust of the earth.. and forming man and breathing the breath of life into him... and man became a living soul

man would not exist if it were not for God Himself... He is the Potter and we are the clay...
Many appear Righteous and Just because they say 'yes' to Jesus Christ , yet they don't do His Will.
