I guess it must be an obession of mine because I have a drawer full of them.Today I bought a small hawk billed serrated edged knife.It's pretty cool looking,and looks like a good fishing knife.Now I want to go back and get the larger 4" version,which would be more practical.My main carry knife is a Swiss Army knife I got from the place I worked at.Two blades,tweezer,toothpick,awl,can opener,and phillips screw driver.I've got hunting knives,fishing knives,whittling knives,etc.

Various pocket knives and multi-tools and a K-Bar that I carry with me at all times, except where it is prohibited.

I carry either a 2 blade folding "case" or a single blade folding "eye brand" unless i am doing prison ministry or in flight somewhere. Then one or the other is in my luggage or under the seat of the truck with the little 9mm
For hunting and fishing i usually also carry an old wood handle "old timer" with a gut hook in it's leather pouch on my side. I have many others but these seem to be the ones that i use more often than not.
