Actually, cars are manufactured without the turn signal lever that is usually located on the steering column. These cars are for those who do not want to be burdened with alerting people that they are about to turn in front of them. Annoys me to no end...well, there is an end to my annoyance, but you get what I mean. SO frustrating...JUST USE THE TURN SIGNAL ALREADY!!!

I use it where I'm living now but I have to confess that I did NOT when I lived in Northern Virginia...tell people you are about to merge in front of them and they will close the gap so you can't...nope, just DO IT!
