Once the individual turns the reps on they can see the reputation they have recieved during the time it was off. I havent tested that with this updated version of the board (worked on the older) but i cant see this changing.

You have to active your reps to see what reps you have received during the time that you had it turned off

My reps have been off for better than a month and I still see the newest reps I've received. "Reputation off" is just a flag for the display of your reputation meter publicly. It's got nothing to do with the rep comments you see in Settings.

Sure can. I've received one every day or two since I turned it off. (but who's counting?HisL....with reps off, you can read your reps??
Just to be clear, I'm talking about Settings -> General Settings -> Reputation Level -> Hide Reputation.
Luckily we can also scientifically verify. Someone rep me and I'll paste the text of the rep message in thread.
