On Youtube there is gospel music by Tennessee Ernie Ford. Love that baritone voice. To remind myself not to push too hard, I listen to and sing, "One Day at a Time". Sometimes, "Sweet Hour of Prayer" brings me to tears. There is something in it that really stirs me.
