Thank you Father for bringing me through the storm!

I have been going through some tough times here lately and I was starting to find myself pulling away from God, I was so consumed with all that was going on with my grandson. But I just kept praying and God grabbed me by the collar and pulled me up from the depths of depression! Thank You God for never leaving us even when we turn away from You. I feel like now I can handle whatever comes along.

I'm thankful you are feeling more like yourself, Beverly! Keep your focus on Him - not your circumstances, not you, not those around you.
He is the master of the waves and the calm, glassy sea.

    Thank you V!
You are so right! I refuse to let things get me down like that again, besides I know that God has a plan for Taylor but it will be in His time not mine.

Re: Thank you Father for bringing me through the storm!

Just remember that some times a storm signifies a new start!

We might have a lot of winds that try to shake us around, but if our roots are around that rock we call Father God you will not falter and fall.

The driving and constant pounding of rain brings life and restoration! So shed that tear!
Stand strong in that storm and know that God is holding on to you even if it does not feel like it.
