Yes. Free. There are many versions, under different names, available. I do not use it myself but have heard some versions are very good.

Linux is a free operating system. I love it as it's much safer than Windows (no need for antivirus software!)..... and it's faster too.......

Yes He does...... my RSD in my legs seems to be cured, but my fibromyalgia is giving me some problems, and also giving me pain in my legs and very heavy stiffness in the mornings........

It's very good..... no more antivirus software needed, and it's easy to work with..... I have Zen Mini (based on Gnome) and I must say: I like it!


This has been another sleepless night, although it's been fun (again) to snuggle with Charles for a while..... then I prayed for a while and finally I asked Charles to give me my laptop so I could do something useful....... and now it's 9:27 AM and I still have not been sleeping...... every once and a while I skip a night........ no wonder my energy levels are low..... I have just started taking B complex tablets and so far they don't do anything....... I also started Calcium with vitamin D....... I stopped taking my multivitamin because there was Vitamin C in there and it could have something to do with my bladderpains...... and they are doing better, thank God!
Today we have an easy day, tomorrow we have the maid coming over and we go shopping after she's gone...... and Friday we have to go to the hospital for Charles so many yearly heart condition-tests...... first an ultra sound, then a bicycle test (which he really hates) and then a talk with the doctor....... It will be followed by an hopefully easy weekend with lots of snuggling!

Charles woke up an hour ago with lots of pain in his shoulders, arms, back and feet.... this humid weather is not good for him, so we try to stay in as much as possible...... Please do pray for him.......
Pray for me too, for my bladder and for my legs & arms, especially my right arm......

I have a beautiful doggie..... planning on making it into a prayercard for you!

Not doing so good here...... trouble with a swollen knee, so walking as less as possible........ really hate that...... but at least got a good bit of cards made yesterday and hoping to do some more today........ I have lots of trouble with my fibro but remain in good spirits, at least I try to........
Charles has trouble with his arms today and his feet....... please pray for him too.........

Today is an easy day, and tomorrow we will go to the bracemaker, where they will put casts on my arms to make new braces........ don't like that too much, but new braces are very nice so I am willing to put up with it..... but it's another time out of the house and we don't like that too much anymore, so please pray for us tomorrow.......

I never heard of that Frances, but we're going to try that from tomorrow on! I had a period where I did feel better in the past when I was on the Liver Cleansing diet and did not eat bread for a few weeks....... Charles is going to join me as soon as we're rid of all the bread that we have...... and we're also back to being a vegetarian when our meat runs out...... I like some meat every now and then, and then Charles will eat fish...... we will go back to a much simpler diet this way and we're both looking forward to that........ Thanks for this information Frances!

We're about on the second day of the g.f. diet and have some ideas of what to do with food and how to make good meals....... tomorrow we go shopping for some groceries downstairs and Saturday we're going to the healthfood store to buy some things as basmati and tricolor rice....... after that we'll walk into town and buy some special pasta and cashewbutter (much cheaper there than the healthfood store, about 2-3 bucks cheaper!) and maybe some loose tea........ I am looking forward to that too! We also found good sweet potatoes downstairs too! So we'll probably be eating those more regular too, as long as they sell them that is.......

Charles is having pain from his arthritis...... I have some bladderpains...... so prayers for us are very much appreciated.......

Tomorrow we have to pick up meds and then we'll go to the drugstore as well to pick up some Chromium that helps against sugerlows and my sweet tooth.......

About your bladder, back when my bladder was being very sensitive, I went on an Interstitial Cystisis diet (you can google that). Anyway, it really helped me alot. But the main thing is to avoid anything acidic. And one thing I found is that gala apples are better for people with bladder sensitivities. Can you get gala apples there. That's the only kind of apple I buy now. Also, have you heard of a drink called "Elation". It suppose to be good for joint pains/stiffness.
