We just came back from the market, where we had a nice time! We bought some stuff we needed and some card material and slippers in the form of boots so I'll have warm feet in the house........ We also bought veggies and sweet potatoes..... yummy! I love sweet potatoes but they're hard to find here....... I am now eating an apple that we bought on the market..... yummy! We also bought wholegrain bread on the market, the last one, and we ate it a few hours ago and it was delicious! From now on we're going to buy bread at the bakery here in the small mall we live on top of....... So we had a great time!
We're hurting now though, especially Charles in his shoulders and arms....... I have been sitting in the kitchen for a while and cut all the veggies and turkeybreast for supper later, so all he has to do is cook it..... he was very happy with that........ it's difficult to stear the wheelchair on oneven streets...... so please pray for him.....

Those sweet potatoes are a good find too ! ...I love them also and they are hard to find here too.
Oh I wish I could walk by your door to smell the kitchen simmering
We only have a good fresh market here for maybe two or three months a year, after that it is all packaged or frozen stuff.

I love you sweet sister, I will be praying right now for Charles's trip on the streets he travels to and fro.
And, will be praying for good days and restful sleep for you both, and always praying for your comfort, strength and household provision.... did you get your taxi-pass ?
I don't want Father/your Daddy to send you two of them, if you don't need them.
I hope your bladder pains are less and hoping too that Charles's feet, shoulders, arms and hand pains are less also.

Hey my friend,

Yes it was a very nice day...... we just decided to go to the market more often...... we can go for a short while say 1 1/2 hour and get some veggies, turkey and bread...... and then go home again...... maybe to one shop but not in and out like we did today.......

Yes I did get the taxipass! So now we can go pick up Charles' permit to stay........ we'll probably do that next week somewhere....... we'll see.......

My bladderpains are at a reasonable level...... I mostly have pain in my back and my legs....... and I am blacking out again every once and a while and I miss big parts of our Biblestudy....... so that's not good, but again nothing they can do about it....... probably a side effect of the morphine plaster......

Charles is hurting all over...... thanks for praying for him too!

I think your back pains will lessen as you get use to walking more and more, but will pray for that muscle tone in your back to be quick, and as painless as possible for you.

You are a conquerer, and He is your armor and weapon sweet sister.

Your whole life has been and is still now, a life of only worship and praise of Him, I know it is hard to see it that way from your shoes. It would be hard for me to see it that way too if I were in your beautiful shoes.
But, I know who's light we walk under becuase of who we follow and look to, and that light shines where ever we may go, and that light too shows us things that He desires that we should see and understand.

Today has been not such a good day....... at least it didn't start out good....... we stayed in bed a long time because we were so tired....... after that Charles showered me and then I started preparing supper (cutting veggies & onions & mushrooms) and then we did some Biblestudy and now I have been washed again by A.L. and Charles is cooking supper....... maybe we'll do some more Biblestudy later on...... we'll see....... I am still happy that I was doing all these things today....... thanks Daddy!

Please pray for my back and my arms..... and for Charles hands and arms/shoulders and his feet & legs.....
