The bladderpains are much better, even after Charles showered me (usually that causes more pain)..... I do have heavy pains in my right (good) upperleg...... Charles has overall arthritis pain.......
I like it when he showers me and washes my hair real good..... afterwards he runs a blowdryer through my hair and it always looks so good..... makes me feel pretty.....
We have a busy week ahead..... Monday hospital (rheumatologist), Tuesday familydoc, Wednesday someone is going to check our intercom/alarmsystem, Thursday our maid comes and Friday we have to go out to the Postoffice a little out of town, in a mall where also the big supermarket is and where we will get some groceries we can't get here......

anyway please pray that my bladderpains don't get any worser and for my right leg, and for Charles for his overall pain........ also pray that we will have not too much pain with all these activities......

Thanks guys..... Just prayed for you both a few minutes ago in my morning prayer time.....

The hospital visit went well...... the rheumatologist was very satisfied the way things are going..... he's stabile and his joints are not getting any more worse than they are...... so that's good...... also the node in his lung is stabile and not growing (forgot he had that one, still don't remember!) so that's perfect too...... thanks Daddy!

Today we have to go see the familydoc..... I need a referal to the rehab doc where they can determine how my new brace is going to be....... pray for a nice talk with her......... and that she will give the referal.....

Charles is doing ok..... he's just tired from getting up early almost every morning this week........ and the fact that we have to go out today to the doc and do some shopping doesn't help either........
I am doing ok too as long as the bladderpains stay away...... I have some pain in my arms, but yesterday evening I was able to finish the card for Tina (Deb's daughter)..... I wanted to send her a condolence card that I made myself...... and I did.... it's not perfect, but that's ok in this case...... Tina knows my situation and it's the best I can do right now...... I thought of sending Joe one too, but he isn't home for weeks so that's no use...... maybe I'll send one later on....... will have to think about that.....

Please pray for us, esp. for my bladderpains to be bearable and stay away........ And please pray for our doctor's visit this afternoon......

The talk with the family doc was real nice...... she wrote a referal and I can call tomorrow for an appointment, or at least explain that I need an appointment together with the bracemaker...... she said I had to wait about a month before I could go there, but that's ok..... we're in no rush.......

We're now both hurting........ and also lacking sleep....... but hopefully that will be better after a good night's sleep.....

Please pray for our pain to go away......

Thanks for the prayers.....

We both have some muscle pains, Charles mostly from his arthritis...... he also had some trouble tonight with his psoriasis, but hopefully a shower will help that.......
Please pray for us both as we have a busy day tomorrow when we have to go to the postoffice out of town, in a big supermarket in the afternoon.......
I also have some bladderpains again..... please pray that they go away.......

Praying that the Lord gives you both relief from pain, and that you enjoyed the day out - I hope the weather was as good as it is here today, summer seems to have returned!

Thanks Frances.... and yes the weather was great! We went to the postoffice and then to the big supermarket to get some groceries they don't have over here with us......... we got some great things there...... one of the things was a bread that was already ready to be cooked in the oven....... so we did that when we came home, and ate some nice warm bread an hour later! Yummy! We got some pearjuice too for me and all kinds of other food and nice cookies without sugar, and for Charles we went to the fish stand outside of the supermarket and we got him some nice fresh salmon! So he's having a feast tonight!
Tonight we eat sweet potatoes again! They only sell it there in the big supermarket...... so we got 4 big ones that we can eat two times of, and some veggies (and Charles will have salmon on the side) so that's a great meal!

Charles is asleep now (have to wake him in 10 minutes) and I slept for an hour too....... but we have to wake up because of Assisted Living coming to wash me....... and then Charles has to start cooking slowly too..... cut up some veggies and preheat the oven for the taters.....

Tomorrow is an easy day...... only A.L. coming to wash me, further hopefully no interruptions........ maybe I can make some cards then........

Please continue to pray for us, for not too much afterpain from this outing and some more energy.......
