I feel much better now..... the bladderpains seem to come and go now....... We have a busy day tomorrow so please pray for us then too.......

Well, we're back and I am feeling good! Yay! Normally I would be exhausted after this and in deep pains..... now: NOTHING! Yoohoo!
Instead of Charles looking after me, it's now me looking after Charles! I bring him his tea, I cut onions and a bellpepper for supper, I bring him snacks...... and he has given me a shower! I love those! My hair is all soft again now...... I love that!

The procedure at the IND (Immigration Service) was not much..... after identifying ourselves, we had to wait about 3 minutes, then we picked everything up and we were outside again! It was a little bit disappointing because we filled in the wrong form so now he has another permit to stay for 5 years, and then we have to pay 300 bucks or more again for an indefinite permit..... they couldn't change it anymore..... stupid people....... I had to go outside with a platform elevator because it was all stairs there...... I found it a creepy thing........ All in all we had about 5 minutes work...... we waited another 10 and then the taxi came back....... he was really late in dropping us of, so we didn't have to wait too long, that was an advantage in this case...... I didn't like his driving though, he drove real fast and took sharp turns....... that's no fun when you're strapped into a wheelchair........
Charles has some backproblems now, but I feel fine..... I can't cook, he has to do that but I can do the dishes for him and clean the counters...... we'll be ok.....

I don't know if anyone prayed for me, but if you did it certainly helped!

I feel much better this morning! My leg doesn't hurt and I already walked to the bedroom to pick my clothes for the day! Going to walk again after posting this to get some turkey filets out of the freezer for tonight with the sweet potatoes..... Yummy!
Tina is coming this afternoon and we're going to make some cards, mostly Christmas cards!

Please pray that we both don't have too much pain this afternoon and evening (morning is over now)..... please pray especially for Charles' blood, it's thin and he has some nose bleeds..... he'll eat some spinach tonight to make it thicker (works most of the time), so hopefully that's the end of it..... Pray for his arthritis too....... and please pray my bladder doesn't hurt too much as well.....

Hey my friend,

I am eating yogurt now with banana and vanilla drops...... yummy! Tina has left.... she didn't stay as long as she was extremely tired...... please pray for her too...... She helped me greatly again with my cards, especially with the Christmascards I need to make....... so we had a good time..... She also brought us the card where the zoo pics are on that her boyfriend made in the zoo..... Charles transferred them to his computer..... now we can go and make a nice photobook for them for Christmas (they don't know that)..... She also took pics of me and Charles both standing up! Hopefully I'll be able to post them later on on the site in my praise post.....

Charles is doing pretty good but asks for prayers to not let his nosebleeds return (they stopped now) and for more energy as his thin bloodlevel makes him tired.......

I am doing good...... please pray for Tina instead, for energy and good sleep........

(I usually get one when a cold is almost gone) - I didn't know spinach made the blood thicker, perhaps it's not too good to have if the blood is already 'normal' then(?) .. . . .

I feel less macho for revealing this but I LOVE banana strawberry yogurt !
it is the only yogurt I will eat... and its good !
well, I would probably eat banana yogurt with out strawberries too.

Charles can eat it no more than once a week, same with other veggies that have a lot of Vitamin K in it...... but normally he's doing ok....... and after today he'll probably be normal again.......

We had another great day...... at least I liked it!

We went to our big supermarket because they had a pan there for me...... cast iron and with a lid, just like Charles wanted..... so we got it today and he loves it!
Then we went Christmas tree hunting, we wanted a fake one and I really wanted a white one, and we found one perfect for us, white and about my size (a little over 6 feet) and real wide...... I love it! We'll put it up on December 5 (that's a feastday here, for Saint Nicholas)....... Charles has promised to help me! So that's really good!

It was cold waiting for the taxi, so Charles has some arthritis pain now....... please pray for him... I have been doing the housework since we were back (like doing laundry and cutting veggies and bringing Charles medicines and tea) and have some backpains now...... but that will go away soon I hope..... please pray for those too..... I walk the wrong way and that causes pain in my back, so I am hoping for good therapy from the rehab doc........ It's December 10 so not that far away anymore.......

Today was an easy day..... had some sore feet from yesterday so took it easy....... until we got a package in the mail with 3 new t-shirts from Charles that I decided to wash immediately and our washingmachine refused to do a part of the program so that they came out soaking wet! I squeezed them to get all the water out and then they were still pretty wet, so I hanged them and it will take a few days for them to dry (they can't go into the dryer)....... Have to call Monday to get it fixed..... I can wash towels as they can go into the dryer..... will cost an extra cycle but that's ok......
so please pray that will be fixed on Monday.......

I helped Charles out with cooking by cutting the veggies (including the tiny sprouts!) and just stirred for a while but not too long as I can't stand up that long.......... but it's going to be a good meal!

We're listening to Christmas music...... we're getting in the mood already because of having one in the hallway in a box..... First we listened to Amy Grant and now Bob Dylan's only Christmas album..... so all very nice here......

Charles does have a lot of arthritis pain so some prayers for that would be very much appreciated.... and for my back and sore feet too...... but mostly for Charles please......

Christmas music??? Awesome!!!! It's about the only time I get to hear Jesus glorified in music when I am out shopping in a store! Am praying for both of you and will continue as we all continue to pray without ceasing.
