Christmas music??? Awesome!!!! It's about the only time I get to hear Jesus glorified in music when I am out shopping in a store! Am praying for both of you and will continue as we all continue to pray without ceasing.

Thanks for the prayers Andrew...... They only play secular Christmas music here in the shoppingcentre..... I don't like that........

Please pray for my bladder...... everytime I stay up too long it's starting to cramp....... very painful...... I hate getting wet........
Charles still has trouble with his arthritis so prayers there are welcome too, especially for his shoulders and his grip.......

We're going to the supermarket in a little while........ so out in the cold air which is difficult for Charles too........ hopefully he won't have too much trouble when he comes back...... at least the house is nice and warm......... it's not easy for his shoulders to push the wheelchair either...... but my walking is definitely not good enough to do it outside......... Tomorrow we have to go to the bracemakers where he can fit his new plastic shoes.... if they're ok, he'll have new ones in January...... he needs them too! Please pray for this trip too.........

Hey my friend.....

We can't do much here outside of the house, as they are working outside of the appartments and have boards all over our way to the elevator, over which our wheelchair cannot go over...... so we've been stuck here since Tuesday....... had to cancel Charles' appointment with the shoe-maker........ luckily we are stocked up on groceries and if I really need something my friend Tina will get it I'm sure...... so tomorrow we're going to do the birdcage and maybe Friday we're doing a big cleanup in the kitchen as far as appliances go....... we have a lot of stuff that we don't use anymore like a deepfryer (almost new) that we are going to give away to the second hand store.......

Well guess what! A guy from the rental company just came here and they found a solution, so we should no longer be locked up in the house! Not that we want to go out today, but still it is nice to know that we can if we want to...... we want to go out on Friday though, so that will be possibly now hopefully........ Thanks Daddy!

For the rest I can only hear with one ear..... don't know what's going on...... there seems to be no dirt in there, so I have to go see the doc's assistent maybe on Friday....... so prayers for that are very much appreciated......
Charles is struggling with his arthritis, and still with his shoulders/arms and grip....... so prayers there are appreciated too......

Going to eat breakfast now (oatmeal with banana and cinnamon and Charles has a fantasy oatmeal with all kinds of spices/syrups in it and raisins in divers colors) and then maybe I'll fold the laundry and go cook a big chicken roll...... don't know how to explain it..... it's chickenbreast but then in a round roll and with a net on it so it stays that way...... very good with a meal but also on bread......

Time to eat now........

I will be praying for Charles's arthritis pains in his shoulders and arms and his grip too, I get very sharp pains in my hands when I grip hard sometimes too so I know what that is like. My neck, shoulders and arms are much better now though.
Also praying for both of you for comfortable days and good restful sleeps, and now for your hearing too.

I'm glad they are not leaving you blocked in now, that sounds kind of inconsiderate of them to block paths like that.
Glad you keep stocked up, I try to keep things stocked here too for the same reason.
Those additions to the oatmeal sound delicious, I can almost smell it.

Please pray for me tonight as I am having withdrawlpains again...... I have a new brand of morphine patches since a few weeks and it seems that they work not as good as the ones I had before...... it may be cheaper for the insurance company, but it's a hell sometimes for me! Please pray that I can sleep and that these pains go away quickly...... been having them for hours now........
Please pray for Charles too...... he's having bad arthritispains.........

I am feeling good...... after a horrible few hours of withdrawl pains...... the patch is working now so no more withdrawls..... we're going to the pharmacy tomorrow and will ask to see how much we need to co-pay to get the old ones again...... maybe we can do that, they were much better......
Today is the plan to clean the aviary...... I can help Charles a lot there, so we hope to finish it not too late, as I have to make a card today and want to make a few more if possible....... Charles says that I am a great help in the house..... this morning I poured the water in the tea kettle/cup when he was in the shower brushing his teeth, I set a teatimer, I did some things for me that Charles normally has to do for me like picking out my clothes out of the closet and get a towel and washcloth for the girls to wash me with and the table out of the kitchen (on wheels) that we use for that, and giving the cat some food...... seems like little things but they help out a lot! And this is only the first few hours of the morning....... I keep an eye on the laundry, did it yesterday and now have a few things to fold....... will do that while Charles is fixing breakfast after I have been washed....... and then we'll do the birdcage...... I'll clean the bowls and bath and give them new fresh water in their bowls/bath and Charles cleans the drawer and cleans it on the inside, I'll get all the apple out and give them a fresh one later on........ so it's a joint operation and I like that! It goes much faster than normal too...... Yesterday I vacuum cleaned for the first time in so many years! Just a little area but still...... Tomorrow we'll go out for groceries downstairs..... I need also get a writing block for my Bible notes..... I have no room to write in my Bible so I need notes to be able to put within the pages..... I write down stuff in there but sometimes want to write a few lines and I can't do it........ and we need "normal" groceries too like food....... and catfood probably........
Saturday I hope to be able to make some more cards, it depends on what Charles is doing..... probably have more laundry again too...... Life is busy as a housewife, wife and ministry worker...... most of the evenings are gone because we do Biblestudy then....... or a big part of the afternoon...... and then I work on here too as a mod....... and I love all of it!

Thanks for praying..... Please continue to pray for my back and arms..... my ear seems to do a little better today...... Please pray for Charles too.... he has bad arthritis problems at the moment (hence why he appreciates so much that I can do more myself and help him out too).......

It was a horrible night....... I have been dealing with heavy bladderpains and had to sleep sitting up but did not sleep much....... had so much pain in my arms too that I couldn't wear the braces...... tonight I get a new patch so hopefully my arms will be better then..... they seem somewhat better this morning....... for the bladder these patches don't work...... so I definitely need prayers for that....... I'm having some distraction this afternoon because Tina is coming for a visit, so hopefully that will help...... we have a busy week so that will help too....... hopefully I'll be able to sleep some........ please do pray for my bladderpains to go away....... they really hurt badly......

We did sleep a few hours, but were woken by a phonecall...... ate something and then stayed up.......
we both still have a lot of pain, Charles has esp. problems with his grip and I have esp. problems with my bladder....... still can't lay down..... hopefully the new morphine patch I just got on will make that possible.... it doesn't kill bladderpains at all, but makes me a little more calm and sleepy so that may help.......

Please continue to pray for us....... tomorrow we have to do some shopping and we're both not looking forward to it, but they have predicted snow Thursday, so we may have to do it........
