The pain is better, but my bladder still hurts like crazy, so please continue to pray for that.......
Charles is doing alright, just having the usual arthritis problems.......
Paul and John and Daphne need prayers too for different things..... they are friends of Charles that need desperate prayers, so please mention them too.......

Glucosamine does not work for my pains Frances....... I am probably moving my arms too much, causing them to hurt more, that's why it helps to have the braces on at night and hold them still like that....... and it won't work on the bladderpains either........

Thanks Julie..... Praying for you, Nate, L, K, and mom especially too.......

The girl from Assisted Living that was here tonight said that her mom had some of the same exact problems that I have...... especially starting up in the morning....... Charles has almost to drag me into the bathroom because I can't walk........ once I am back in the livingroom, or sometimes in the bathroom, I am ok and can walk much better and alone...... but those first steps are always difficult in the morning...... having the same thing after laying down for a few hours..........
but anyway, that girl told me her mome was experiencing that too and that it was the fibro doing that........ At least we now know where it's coming from and deal with it like we have been..... go through the pain barrier and just try to walk.........

Tomorrow is a busy day...... we both have to go to the brace/shoe maker....... Charles to fit his plastic shoe model that they make his shoes from, and me for making the first plastic shoes...... Charles shoes will be ready in 6 weeks and mine in 12....... Please pray for a good trip.......

The visit to the brace/shoe-maker was a success...... Charles is getting boots with thicker leather so he won't have such cold feet, and I will get a kind of boot with fur on the inside against the cold! Mine will take about 12 weeks to get ready, and Charles' shoes will be ready in 6 weeks....... In 6 weeks I have to determine the color of my shoes..... I'm thinking some kind of dark red or so maybe combined with another color.....hmmm...... will think hard about that one.......

In the mean time I am dealing with bladderpains again and pain in my feet, and Charles has pain in his left foot and his shoulders....... we're skipping supper as we're both not hungry....... we were so tired when we came back that we had to cancel Assisted Living and just take a nap from which we just woke up...... Now it's time to make an emergency card to be posted tomorrow hopefully......

Please continue to pray for us........

Thank you both..... My bladderpains disappeared towards the end of the evening/beginning of the night, so I was able to lay on the mattress with Charles and snuggle instead of laying on my special bed...... so that was very nice....... Tonight I'll sleep in my bed again I think...... not sure yet....... I do want to wear some braces though....... and I can't do that on the floor, at least not with my legbrace on....... we'll see........ It's going on 4:00 AM now..... we are drinking tea after finishing reading in Genesis (a reading plan that I do together with Karenoka and a few others) and we studied 1 Corinthians 7...... very interesting chapter with lots in it....... We have a special site where we can let it read out loud to us.... that's especially handy for the reading plan but also for our study...... we let this voice (Max something) read the chapter to us, and then go over it verse by verse....... we, or at least I, learn a lot that way!

Charles isn't doing too bad right now, just his shoulders hurt a lot........ but that will change after the meds wear off...... so prayers are much appreciated........

I am doing well, except for the bladderpains that are coming and going....... hopefully we'll be sleeping well tonight.......

Got to make some cards this weekend and Monday, so I can mail them this Tuesday.........

Special information: we did not eat spaghetti tonight, but we DID eat my favourite meal with Tagliatelle, meatballs and veggies...... very very yummy! We had a very nice day, did shopping for the whole week and are stocked up again....... so that's good too!
I also did laundry today (mainly a lot of folding and washing a load and fold it), and Sunday I'll be cooking some chicken that we can use as coldcuts....... we both love those....... for the rest we'll see what we eat....... Monday I'll be cooking split pea soup, as we have to go back to the bracemaker on Tuesday where they will make casts of my arms so they can fix me new armbraces that will fit me better (my weightloss is driving them nuts! )....... then Thursday my maid comes again and then Friday or Saturday it's shopping time again......... so not too busy this week........

Please do continue to pray for us, esp. for Charles' arthritis and my bladderpains.......

I am doing pretty good this morning....... been cooking the meat for coldcuts, almost finished, doing laundry, feeding cats, making tea and working on the site...... from one thing to another....... but very happy I can do that again! I slept very well next to Charles (I can't always lay next to him on the mattress but need to lay on my special air-bed)...... I love snuggling!
Charles is having some pains in his shoulders, please pray for that....... please continue to pray for my bladder too....... I am almost done cooking and after I put the load from the washing machine in the dryer, we're planning on doing Biblestudy..... Did that last night at around 1:00 AM and ended up in bed around 5:00 AM! Not a good time to do an intensive study......

So please continue to pray for us....... they are clearly being answered!
