This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

You outta post this in the Vegan thread in Contro. Frecs might spontaneously catch on fire.
It is only the cynic who claims “to speak the truth” at all times and in all places to all men in the same way, but who, in fact, displays nothing but a lifeless image of the truth… He dons the halo of the fanatical devotee of truth who can make no allowance for human weaknesses; but, in fact, he is destroying the living truth between men. He wounds shame, desecrates mystery, breaks confidence, betrays the community in which he lives, and laughs arrogantly at the devastation he has wrought and at the human weakness which “cannot bear the truth”. Dietrich Bonhoeffer, in Ethics.

What's a McRib? For real. Is this a new item at McD's?

Shouldn't this have been in the "Air Biscuit" thread???

It must have been lonesome growing up at the South Pole! How can you possibly have grown up in this country and not know one of the truest joys of American culture? You need to go to McDonalds immediately. McRib is pork (I think) that's ground up then molded back into rib shapes. BBQ sauce, onions, pickles and a bun. It's disgusting and delicious all at the same time.

And at least half of it is fat right? No thanks, when I croak from food it'll be from choking down a porterhouse steak or a hot pastrami from a Jewish deli.

But that just means more for you right? Enjoy!

I'll just make sure I stay upwind after you chow one down eh?

I think we must honor our bodies as gifts from God. I don't do it very well either though.

I doubt seriously the thing has any rib meat in it. Processed pork pressed into the shape of a 1/4 rack of ribs. It tastes good, but It aint ribs.

Throw some chili, cheese and jalapenos on the fries and change the quack with a Coke and I'm down with that.

And the way things are going around here I'm still standing upwind and keeping an eye out in case I have to dodge blankets.
