According to the following at the 7th trumpet it is judgment day, and the saints shall be rewarded for their work and unbelievers will be rewarded for their work.

Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the
earth.

So no matter who we are, it all ends at the 7th trumpet. Judgment day according to scripture is after the millenium is finished.
