So, as most of you probably know, you can pay a few hundred dollars and get your pets microchipped so that if you ever lose them you can find them electronically. So I got to thinking if in the future this could be used as the mark of the beast by implanting a microchip in the right hand or in the forehead. If pets and other animals can be chipped, what will stop humans from getting chipped in the future?

Does anybody else think that a chip implantation could potentially be used as the " mark "?

Humans have been "microchipped" for years. Except when it all began the technology wasn't available so they did the next best thing... they issued you a card and it's called... A Social Security Card

It's possible so we should be keeping our eyes open. Whatever it is, we'd need it to buy and sell....it could very well be something like a high tech driver's license/debit card, or at least be used as such.

Professor Kevin Warwick, of the University of Reading in England. He had a chip implanted into himself many years ago.

Even if we all had to by law be implanted with a chip, this would not be wrong to do. Yes, I believe it could be a pre-curser to things to come but unless we have to take the chip in denying Christ, we are OK.

There is an easier way... look at your Blackberry GPS map and go shake the closest tree. When you see it moving on your Blackberry, you'll have found yourself.

This is just my opinion but I don't think the microchip is the actual mark of the beast, I think however, that it will desensitize us for the time when the mark is required.

I've heard many things about this myth like the big bad government was going to send it out and everyone had to take it or that they would mail to everyone and they would have to implant themselves.
