I have a laptop and netbook, both windows 7. I have used Skype on the laptop for some time, and have quite a lot of credit on it. Having installed Skype on the netbook I've discovered all my credit seems to have vanished and none of my friends are listed.
Obviously I have done something wrong, so removed the programme and re-installed it (twice), but without improving the result.
Can you tell me how to access the Skype on my netbook that is on my laptop??

Ermmm as far as I know your details are kept on skype server ....so logging in with the same user and pass should load your info ...if not contact them ...also try logging on skype website too to see what's going on with your account ...it should show you your balance and contacts there history too
