What Kind of Software Can Automate Sending Daily Devotions?

I have a collection of daily bible verse-by-verse studies that I will like to send out to family and friends who choose to subscribe to it. I'm currently sending them out manually. I'd like to automate the sending process.

This is my problem. Say I have 10 people join in 1 Jan 2011. Then 5 more join when we're already halfway through the series, on 15 Jan 2011. Then another 8 more Join on 8 Feb 2011.

This is what I'd like to do. I'd like the program to automatically send out the devotions to the people who've recently joined, but starting at the first devotion. So there are always different folks at different stages of the devotion.

Is there some kind of software that can do this sending for me automatically? Thanks!

Is this to send from a PC or from a web server? A couple of years back planned writing the code for something very similar for a web server but it never got off the ground due to lack of interest.

Off hand, I don't know of any such software but it's been a pet project idea for a long time.

I was hoping to send from my PC. Just a simple application where I can queue all the text with formatting for the devotions and it automatically sends it out daily to different people. Thanks.

or you can make use of a macro program they range from complex to easy to use.
