God forgives our sins and remembers them no more. Sometimes long after we have been forgiven by God we still carry around guilt and shame that, really, we don't need to.
Why would you feel the need to tell someone else that you used to have a problem with porn? If you have truly repented of it and don't have a problem with it anymore just let it go.
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

I just tell them that I had a problem with Porn, but that YHWH released me from my addiction. Also mention that it wasn't by your own power, but by the power of YHWH, and that all the Glory must be to YHWH. Remember that by the word of your testimony....
Rev 12:11 "They defeated him because of the Lamb's blood and because of the message of their witness. Even when facing death they did not cling to life.

For Christians, our past problems are our testimony, provided that those problems/addictions have been laid at the foot of the cross. Our testimony defines who we are as Christians. we don't necessarily have to walk to the streetcorner and proclaim our former habits, but God will always put someone in your path that has a similar problem that would need guidance and advice. That's when your testimony would come out.
On the other hand, when I finally kicked my drug habit, I felt the need to confess to those whose lives I'd impacted with my actions. Maybe that's not for everybody, but I did think that it was the right thing to do. Confession is very cleansing and can be very helpful in explaining your actions of the past.
Nothing wrong with telling people about it, provided its in the right situation.
I hope this helps.
God bless
