It looks like a big hatch back without the "hatch".
"May the Lamb that was slain receive the just reward for His sufferings." A quote by Moravian missionary that sold himself (along with a friend) into slavery to reach those that the slave owner prevented from hearing the gospel.

May I live for Him and not for me.

I'd buy one if it made $'s and sense to do so... but chances are that it doesn't, and won't. Even the current generation of Prius just doesn't make sense... the cost doesn't outweigh the "savings" in gas - particularly when you factor-in new batteries every 8 years or so. I mean seriously... why would you pay $30,000 for a special hybrid car that only gets like 40-45mpg when you can go get an old Honda CRX for $800, fix it up for another $1,000 or so... and get 45mpg?

I feel like - if I'm going Electric - I want to go ALL electric. It's going to be a much more efficient machine if you get the weight out of the gasoline engine.

I can definitely see the viability of the idea behind a strong plugin electric pickup truck - they already have a very fast all-electric sports car (Tesla). The problem with electric is always going to be RANGE until the batteries are just amazing enough to not matter or we come up with another way to generate electricity than a motor that spins a wheel that makes electrons move.

Hybrids though just don't make sense.

Reminds me of an interesting test they did on Top Gear in the UK. They put a Prius round their test track with the mission to go as fast as it could. They also put a BMW M3 on the same track at the same time, with a mission to keep up with the Prius.

Needless to say the M3 didn't have much trouble keeping up with the Prius, and at the end of the test they found the M3 had used less fuel along the way.
1Jn 4:1 NKJV Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

1Th 5:21-22 NKJV Test all things; hold fast what is good. (22) Abstain from every form of evil.

"Prius" and "Pickup" go together about as well as "Men's" and "Kotex".
For what mortal has ever heard the voice of the living God speaking out of fire, as we have, and survived? ~ Deuteronomy 5:26

If you're not prepared to risk your very life for your "enemy" you have no right to speak to him of love. ~ Daughter

Many say they are called... but I am pretty convinced that with many of them it was the wrong number. ~ Project Peter
