    Repentance

    I have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
    I have turned to my own way.
    The wages of my sin is death.
    Jesus, save me.
    My flesh is corrupted by sin.
    I am defiled by greed and lust and pride.
    God, have mercy on me, a sinner.
    I have cleaned the outside of the cup;
    but inside is murder and adultery.
    Create in me a clean heart, oh Lord.
    My ambitions have been a chasing after the wind.
    Be my fixture, Lord, my Rock.
    My sin is ever before me;
    wash me Lord as white as snow.
    I labor in vainglory.
    Let me rest in you, oh Lord.
    Psalm 19:14
    May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
    be pleasing in your sight,
    O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.

    I LOVE that, my friend! (Made me laugh!) I mean, really, who wants to put their real-life name on here??? Great poetry from you though, and it is published in your user name and dated. But who knows how much that helps?

    Haha, well my name IS Andrew, and a lot of folks know my last name also. I'm not too worried about being anonymous. Identity theft will not change the Lord’s views on me.

    Yes, the Lord knows that Diggindeeper is really Judy!

    And now, you know it too...which you probably already knew anyway.
    My favorite scripture: Malachi 3:16

    "Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name!" (Every time we speak of the Lord, or even THINK of him--its written down in a book of remembrance!)
